Our current role
Biopeptídeo currently operates as a U.S. company providing a marketing platform. This website does not sell, manufacture, compound, prescribe, dispense or ship medicines. Registration or an expression of interest does not create a clinical relationship, establish eligibility or authorise supply.
A U.S. business location does not exempt communications directed at Brazil from applicable Brazilian health, consumer or data-protection requirements. Marketing-agency status is not a pharmaceutical licence.
Regulatory status — status regulatório
No Biopeptídeo product registration, pharmacy licence or ANVISA authorisation has been verified for this website. We do not claim ANVISA approval or endorsement. Registration of a medicine containing tirzepatide does not extend automatically to Biopeptídeo packaging, other manufacturers or compounded preparations.
Product photographs, labels, formats, laboratory scenes and proposed services are concept presentations, not proof of manufacturing, dispensing, approved labelling or an operational clinical programme. Purity, testing, delivery and service claims require independent substantiation before being relied upon.
Prescription requirements — venda sob prescrição
Tirzepatide is subject to prescription controls in Brazil. GLP-1 dispensing rules effective 23 June 2025 require retention of the prescription, issued in two copies and valid for up to 90 days, under RDC 973/2025 and IN 360/2025. A website questionnaire, account or AI reply is not a prescription.
Only appropriately licensed professionals and establishments may carry out regulated medical and pharmaceutical activities. These disclosures do not authorise self-medication, home dilution, injection or administration. Obtain advice from a licensed clinician and follow the authorised product information.
Compounding is not blanket permission
RDC 67/2007 and ANVISA Nota Técnica 200/2025 impose conditions on preparation and use of GLP-1 active ingredients. Requirements differ for synthetic and biological ingredients, including molecule registration, provenance, import controls and quality testing. A biological registration is not permission to use a synthetic substitute.
The presence of a registered tirzepatide medicine in Brazil does not make every tirzepatide powder, vial or pen lawful. Any proposed supply route requires product-specific review by qualified Brazilian regulatory counsel and licensed professionals.
Public advertising and medical information
Brazil restricts advertising of prescription medicines to professionals authorised to prescribe or dispense, including under RDC 96/2008. Calling a page educational, a concept or a marketing platform does not exempt promotional content from these restrictions. The full website and every campaign require regulatory review; a disclaimer cannot cure prohibited advertising.
Content and the wellness guide are general education, not diagnosis, dosing advice, treatment recommendations or evidence of individual suitability. They may be incomplete or incorrect. Do not delay professional care or change treatment based on this website.
Certificates and research
A certificate of analysis describes laboratory findings for a particular sample. It is not ANVISA registration, proof of clinical safety or efficacy, or a substitute for licensed manufacture and dispensing. Certificates and batch claims must be authenticated independently.
Submitting research interest does not enrol anyone in a study or authorise prescribing. Human research must meet applicable Brazilian ethical and regulatory requirements, including ethics-system review and ANVISA authorisation where required. No approved Biopeptídeo study or clinical partner is confirmed here.
Suspected adverse events — eventos adversos
Seek medical assistance for a suspected adverse reaction; this website is not an emergency or adverse-event monitoring service. Patients and professionals can report suspected reactions to medicines through ANVISA VigiMed without needing proof of causation. Use the official reporting link below.
